The North Euston Hotel offers excellent value for money. The food and the service is very good. The provision of free wireless is a welcome bonus in any hotel stay. This can be expensive. All round excellent value for money
As always very friendly, polite and helpful staff.
The rooms were very hot. However, as it was early April perhaps the heating had not been tunred down from winter.
The breakfast was good
1.The reception staff require to make you more welcoming. They were not exactly friendly and did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. 2. The pillows were apparently feather pillows which aggravated my wifes hay fever. The bed was hard.
view of the Wyre estuary.
shower head looked a little grotty.
Only it's location
Staff were unfriendly ,unhelpful and,in some cases, surly. Not a good and friendly atmosphere which we have come to expect after stayingon occasion for over twenty years.
The Hotel was near to our friends who live in the town so the location was good and we had a sea view. Bed was very comfortable.
Hotel was a bit tired looking and could do with a coat of paint.
Nostalgia.Been to New Years Eve dinner dances with my (now deceased) wife.
Nothing to say.
The staff were, as ever, friendly. Especially the front desk. Helpfull to a fault.
This is the 4th time I have stayed here. Each time at 2 year intervals. (due to course dates at local Marine tech) Whilst admitting its not a problem, I have to say "backstage" the place becomes more and more dated. My room, although warm and clean, has seen better days. But truthfully, this is now what I call the "norm" for this old lady of a hotel. I now stay out of habit and location. Its probably easier than sourcing a new hotel. Outffront the bar is still ok, but the dining room is bland and bare. I'll take time to answer the 2 following questions in a bit more detail. 1. Would I recommend this hote? Well yes to anyone on a course. Its a bit rough n ready but hey! no airs n graces with me. Vistors to area? no
useful location pleasant staff
poor range of food at breakfast, esp. fruit
Good value food, pleasant friendly staff, sea view room and close to the town centre.
The bedroom could have been better, rattling window frames, uncontrollable heat and the bed was quite narrow.
Been here before, its comfortable reliable and has good sea views from rooms on the front. The recent refurbishments have improved its feel.
The shower tiling & grouting looked like it had been done by an amateur.
decor was great, very friendly, views were superb, rooms were lovely, will be staying ther again.one problem as mentioned below
due to check in at two-o-clock,but couldn't have our room untill half two.sort this out and it's ten out of ten
There was no staff around to book me in I had to go looking for someone.
The staff did not have the welcoming attitude expected from this class of hotel, I have received much better attention and paid far less at lower standard hotels
Ambience,Location,View from room very good,Style of Hotel(architecture),Friendliness of staff.
My wife & I have visited the hotel once before, and again we enjoyed our stay. The views over Morecambe Bay are stunning from the bedroom window. Good parking and transport facilities. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was superb, we also had an evening meal in the bar which was good value for money. The bed was very comfy and the free Wi FI was a nice touch, very handy. We shall return. Thank you all.
The bedroom passages could do with new wallpaper and carpets, it's looking slightly tired.
